Dr. Anthony Efre is a graduate of the prestigious Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1994. Dr Efre is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Florida Optometric Association, and past president of the Hillsborough County Optometric Association.
Dr. Efre was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish for those people preferring their eye exam in Spanish.

Dr. Andrea Efre is an FNP, national speaker, consultant, and founder of Healthcare Education Consultants (HEC. LLC). She holds an Assistant Professor position at The University of South Florida, teaching in the graduate programs for nurse practitioners and maintains current clinical practice in an inner city internal medicine clinic.
Dr. Efre is originally from East Yorkshire, England. She trained at the Sheffield School of Nursing and Midwifery in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. She has many years of experience in critical care, emergency medicine, cardiology and primary care as an RN an Nurse Practitioner.
Since 2007 Dr. Efre has been an expert national speaker on the topics of street drug use, chemical dependency, medical marijuana, 12-lead ECG interpretation, cardiac arrhythmia's, diagnosing chest pain and other cardiac related topics. She has authored in multiple text books and peer reviewed journals on these topics and similar topics.
Dr. Efre serves on curriculum and faculty committees for the College of Nursing at the University of South Florida. Additionally she contributes to her professional organizations and has previously served in regional and national leadership with the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN). When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter.
